The process of seeking out and selecting a therapist (particularly when you are doing so for the first time) can be a overwhelming task.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) with a private practice in Houston. I specialize in helping adults, teens and couples identify and process difficult experiences and emotions they encounter in their lives so that they may be able to express positive sustainable changes. I support clients by helping them to create new meaning to past experiences, while improving their skills for managing ongoing life stressors.
